Order before 15:00 and have it tomorrow: express delivery in 24 hours

The question we hear most, on the phone, on WhatsApp and in the Albox shop, is not how much something costs. It is “and when will it arrive?”. So we have decided to answer it once and for all: if you order before 15:00 on a working day, you will have it at home the next day.

From today, everything we have in stock goes out by express courier to anywhere on the Spanish mainland. There is no standard delivery and nothing to choose between slow and fast: there is only express. It is free from €49.99 and costs €3.99 if the order is smaller.

How it works

• Order before 15:00, Monday to Friday (working days).
• We prepare it ourselves in Albox and it leaves the same day.
• The courier delivers it the next working day and sends you the tracking by email.

If you order after 15:00, at the weekend or on a public holiday, it leaves the next working day. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count towards the delivery time.

The small print, in big letters

We promise that it will leave the same day and that we will always send it express. What we cannot control is what happens on the road: in exceptional cases, a problem with the courier, a storm or a local holiday at the destination can delay delivery beyond 24 hours. If that happens, we will let you know and follow your parcel until it arrives. We would rather tell you this plainly now than promise something that does not depend on us.

What is not included in the 24 h delivery

• Made-to-order products. The product page tells you when they leave our warehouse; from that day, 24 hours.
• Large appliances and televisions. Fridges, washing machines, dishwashers, the rest of the white goods and televisions (of any size) are delivered in our own van, by appointment, in the Valle del Almanzora. There, no courier can beat us.
• Air conditioning and wine coolers. They travel by Correos Express at their own rate of €19.99 per unit; because of their size we allow 24 to 48 hours, although we work to get them there in 24.
• The Balearic Islands and Portugal, which have their own delivery times.

Why now

We are a family shop, in business since 1923. We keep the stock in Albox, we prepare the orders ourselves and we know the people who deliver them. Until now we had two kinds of delivery, standard and express. Now only the fast one remains, with the same 3-year legal guarantee, the same service as always and someone on the other end of the phone if anything goes wrong.

What is the latest I can order to receive it tomorrow?

Up to 15:00 on a working day. Orders that come in before then leave the same day; orders that come in after, at the weekend or on a public holiday leave the next working day.

How much does express delivery cost?

What happens if it does not arrive within 24 hours?

It is sent to the mainland by Correos Express for €19.99. Because of its size we allow 24 to 48 hours, although it usually arrives in 24.
