GENERAL TERMS OF USE AND SALE — HÍPER OCIO

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS Accessing and using this website implies full acceptance of these Terms. Justo Martínez Teruel S.A.U. may modify them by publishing the new text on the website. Users are responsible for reading them before making any purchase.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All website content (texts, images, logos, designs, source code, etc.) belongs to Justo Martínez Teruel S.A.U. or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without written permission is expressly prohibited.

3. PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED USE Browsing and viewing the website for personal, private use is permitted. Any commercial use, the dissemination of unlawful content, the introduction of viruses or harmful systems, and any action that harms the operation of the site or the rights of third parties are prohibited.

4. ELIGIBILITY TO BUY You must be over 18 to place an order. Minors are expressly excluded.

5. ORDERING PROCESS To place an order: select the products and add them to the cart, enter your shipping details, choose the payment method and confirm the order. By clicking "Place order" you accept these Terms without reservation. You will receive a confirmation email, which constitutes the binding contract between the customer and Justo Martínez Teruel S.A.U., subject to stock availability.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT All prices include VAT and are shown in euros (€). They are valid only for orders placed online. Justo Martínez Teruel S.A.U. may change prices without notice, but prices confirmed in an order cannot be altered. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY If a product is not available after the order is confirmed, the customer will be informed by email and refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION Customers may cancel their order by contacting us as soon as possible on 950 430 738 or at info@hiperocio.com. If the order has not yet left our warehouse, it will be cancelled at no cost. If it is already on its way, the return will be handled once it is received. Justo Martínez Teruel S.A.U. may cancel orders due to technical or pricing errors, lack of stock, incorrect payment details, signs of fraud or failure to deliver after two attempts.

9. DELIVERY TIMES AND CONDITIONS Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during office hours, except public holidays. Cut-off time for same-day processing: 3:00 p.m. Full rates and conditions are available in our Shipping policy.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS Customers have 30 calendar days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, more than twice the minimum set by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Justo Martínez Teruel S.A.U. covers all collection and return costs. If the return is a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by the customer. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with its original packaging and accessories and the invoice. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receiving the product, using the same payment method. 14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If the customer acts as a consumer, any dispute will be settled before the courts of the customer's place of residence. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Almería.
