Behind this website there is a real shop: the one Justo Martínez Ortega opened in Albox in 1923 and his family still runs, four generations on, today with its own van to deliver and install the heavy stuff and the same hands that answer your WhatsApp.

We used to be Toy Planet Albox; now we sell under our own name what we like to sell: games that stay in the family for years, appliances we install ourselves and brands we are official dealers for. If something fails, there is no call centre: you call us and we fix it.

What people ask us

Do you ship large appliances all over Spain?

No. Washing machines, fridges, ovens, dishwashers, dryers, cooker hoods and freezers are delivered and installed only by us, with our own van, in the Almanzora Valley and nearby areas: Albox, Olula del Río, Cantoria, Macael, Albánchez, Tíjola, Serón, Purchena, Huércal-Overa, Vélez-Rubio and Arboleas. Outside that area we cannot serve them, and we prefer to say so rather than promise it.

And air conditioning?

Air conditioning does travel across mainland Spain for €19.99 per unit, with Correos Express and without installation (the unit ships with its fluorinated gas declaration). Units of 6,000 frigories or more and multi-splits are excluded because of their weight; those we only deliver ourselves. In the province of Almería we deliver and install them with our own van.

How long does a normal order take and how much is shipping?

Toys, games, stickers, bikes and small electronics ordered before 3 pm ship the same day and arrive the next working day. Shipping is free from €49.99; below that, €4.99 (or €3.99 with 72-hour delivery).

Can I visit the shop in Albox?

Yes, on Avenida 28 de Febrero, always by appointment. Pick a day and time and we'll see you without any rush. We've been the same house since 1923, and many people in town still know us as Toy Planet Albox.

What warranty do the products have?

Three years, which is the legal warranty in Spain since 2022 for manufacturing defects. Not two: three. And we handle it with the manufacturer, we don't leave you holding the paperwork.

Are you official dealers?

We are the Official Cayro Store and authorised dealers for LEGO, Panini, Asmodee, Devir, Toimsa, Educa Borrás, Diset and Gonher, among others. That means brand-new products, with a Spanish invoice and a warranty you can claim here.
