Refund policy

Return period
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return, more than twice the minimum set by Spanish law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

Who pays for the return?
If the product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, Híper Ocio covers all collection and return costs. If you return it because you changed your mind (right of withdrawal), the return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Condition of the returned product
The product must be in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation, and with the receipt or invoice.

Refunds
Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, using the same payment method you used.

Warranty
All new products carry a 3-year legal warranty (Royal Decree-law 7/2021), in addition to the manufacturer's official warranty.
