❓ Frequently asked questions about Orbegozo

How many BTUs do I need for my room / living room?

As a general rule in the Almanzora and Levante areas: 100 frigories per m². For a 20 m² room, you need an FDI93 (2,200 frigories). For a 25-30 m² living room, an FDI123 (3,000 frigories). For larger spaces (40-45 m²), an FDI183 (4,500 frigories). Contact us if you have doubts, and we will advise you.

Do you install air conditioners?

Yes. Express installation with our own installers throughout the Almanzora, Levante Almeriense, and Los Vélez areas. Standard price €160 including 3 meters of copper. For other areas, please consult us.

Is the Orbegozo HEPA filter AP8030 / APC5000 the same as the original?

Yes, it is the original Orbegozo filter, not a generic compatible. Washable and reusable. If your vacuum cleaner is the APC5000 or AP8030 (any variant), this is the correct filter.

Which dehumidifier do I need?

It depends on the m² and humidity level. As a quick guide: up to 30 m² with medium humidity → DH 1655. Up to 50 m² → DH 3010. Large spaces / basements → DH 5000. If you want WiFi control, the DHW 2080.

Do you have spare parts for my old Orbegozo pressure cooker?

We have silicone gaskets (HPL4050/6050) and spindles (HPL 70 series) as the most requested spare parts. If your model needs another specific spare part, send us a WhatsApp message with your cooker's model, and we will look for it.

Does the oil-free fryer FDR67 make French fries like traditional ones?

The result is very similar to traditional frying, with the advantage of using practically no oil. With a capacity of 5.5 liters, it easily serves 4 people.

What warranty do Orbegozo appliances have?

Official Orbegozo warranty of 2-3 years depending on the product type. We manage it directly from Híper Ocio (we are an official distributor) — no difficult dealings with external technical support services.

What is the shipping time?

24-72 working hours throughout peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands for small appliances and spare parts. For large air conditioners and other bulky products in the local area, free home delivery coordinated by phone.

Can I see the product in person?

Yes. Physical store in Albox by appointment. Especially recommended for air conditioners, dehumidifiers, and large appliances.
