What the service includes

  • Free delivery to the customer's home for all large appliances and bulky items.
  • Two people make the delivery: the product is taken up to the floor you need, not left at the entrance.
  • Prior telephone coordination: we call you to arrange the day and time slot that suits you best.

  • Technical installation service available (air conditioning, dishwashers, and others), check specific conditions.

How it works, step by step

  1. Place your order online at hiperocio.com or by phone / WhatsApp.
  2. We confirm stock and call you during business hours to coordinate delivery.
  3. We agree on a day and time slot according to your availability. We work Monday to Saturday.
  4. Home delivery: two people bring the product to the indicated floor.
  5. Installation (when applicable) at the time of delivery or scheduled for a later date depending on the type of appliance.
  6. Local after-sales service: if any issue arises, direct contact with real people in Albox.

Delivery times

  • Almanzora region: coordinated delivery within 72 hours from order confirmation.
  • Levante Almeriense and Los Vélez: coordinated delivery within one week from order confirmation.
  • The cut-off time for processing same-day orders is 4:00 PM.
