An investigation with no predefined paths

The Baker Street Irregulars is not a conventional board game: there are no rigid turns or marked routes. You decide whom to question, which places to visit and which leads to follow. You will consult period newspapers, travel across the map of Victorian London and connect evidence to solve complex crimes. That freedom is what makes every game feel like a real investigation.

Ten brand-new cases with a story arc

For the first time in the system, this edition introduces new narrative mechanics that let you track the progress of the investigation and develop a story arc about the Irregulars themselves. The characters evolve from case to case, creating an emotional connection that goes beyond solving the mystery at hand. You can play the cases in any order or follow the suggested story arc.

How to play

You will read the case book, take notes, and consult the map and the London directory. When you believe you have solved the case, you will compare your conclusions with those of Sherlock Holmes himself. Will you have found all the clues? Will you have reached the same conclusions as the master? There are no dice and no luck: everything depends on your powers of observation and logical reasoning.
