Frequently asked questions

How long does delivery take?

Express delivery to mainland Spain, free on orders from 49,99 €: if you order before 15:00 on a working day, you will receive it the next working day, barring unforeseen courier delays.

Can I collect it in store?

Yes, at our shop on Avenida 28 de Febrero, Albox (Almería), by appointment.

What warranty does it have?

Legal warranty in Spain of 3 years against manufacturing defects.

Can the doll get wet or be bathed?

No. No Antonio Juan doll should be bathed or submerged: its vinyl body is hollow and jointed: water gets in through the joints and stays inside for weeks, and the hand-painted make-up wears off when soaked. Clean it with a cloth lightly dampened with water and mild soap and leave it to air-dry, without using a radiator or hairdryer.
