Marvel Zombies: A Zombicide Game | CMON

Marvel Zombies: Un Juego de Zombicide — When the heroes become the threat

Imagine a universe in which Iron Man, Spider-Man, Captain America and the X-Men are not your saviours but the greatest danger you have ever faced. That is exactly what Marvel Zombies: Un Juego de Zombicide offers: the cooperative board game from CMON that combines the Marvel universe with the game system of the acclaimed Zombicide series.

In each game, 1 to 6 players take on the roles of the last survivors of a devastated New York, trying to complete missions while dodging — or fighting — zombified versions of the most powerful superheroes on the planet. The tension is constant, decisions matter and no two games are alike.

Who is this game for?

Marvel Zombies is designed for players aged 14 and over who are keen on an intense, narrative gaming experience. It works just as well solo as in a group, and it is a perfect choice for fans of the Marvel universe who want to go beyond the films, as well as for enthusiasts of miniatures games and cooperative strategy games.

Game contents: 87 collectable miniatures

One of the great attractions of Marvel Zombies is the quality and quantity of its components. The box includes:

• 87 detailed miniatures of zombified superheroes and villains from the Marvel universe
• Modular boards for recreating different New York settings
• Mission, equipment and skill cards
• Custom dice with Marvel iconography
• Counters, tokens and status markers
• Complete rulebook in Spanish

The miniatures require no prior assembly and are ready to play straight away, although their level of detail also makes them ideal collector's pieces for painting.

Game mechanics: cooperative with an action-packed soul

Marvel Zombies uses the Zombicide system adapted to the Marvel universe, which means that players cooperate to complete objectives while the zombie threat escalates automatically throughout the game. Each character has unique abilities that reflect their original powers: Wolverine regenerates damage, Spider-Man moves nimbly around the board and Thor causes area devastation.

Games last between 60 and 90 minutes and follow a structure of linked missions, allowing you to play stand-alone sessions or full campaigns. The difficulty level is adjustable, making it accessible to groups with varying experience of board games.
