Buying a good air conditioner is just the first step. The difference between a unit that performs at full capacity for years and one that starts to have problems in its second season is usually, almost always, how it was installed. Our professional installation service at €180 is carried out by our own technicians with more than a decade of experience in HVAC, certified according to the Thermal Installation Regulations (RITE) and with all the necessary equipment to do the job right from day one. 🔧

The installation includes the placement of the indoor and outdoor units, certified electrical connections, insulated copper piping, the condensate drainage system, full commissioning, and operational testing. Afterward, we will explain the basic operation of the unit and provide you with the installation certificate — the document you need for the manufacturer's warranty to be valid, which many installers fail to provide.

What the service includes

The prior technical visit to evaluate the optimal location for both units, complete installation in an estimated time of 2 to 4 hours, all refrigeration and electrical connections in accordance with regulations, condensate drainage, commissioning with verification of all parameters, and a 2-year warranty on labor. If any problem arises after installation due to the work performed, we will resolve it at no additional cost.

Service area and possible distance surcharge

We work in the Valle del Almanzora and Levante Almeriense with our own technical team: Albox, Huércal-Overa, Vera, Cuevas del Almanzora, Zurgena, Garrucha, Los Gallardos, Bédar, Pulpí, and nearby municipalities. For locations outside this usual radius, a travel surcharge may apply, which will be communicated before confirming the appointment, without obligation. Prerequisites for installation

For the visit to be productive, it is advisable to have an accessible power outlet near where the indoor unit will be, free access to the planned location for the outdoor unit with at least 60 cm of space around it, and — in the case of a homeowner association — the corresponding authorization if the outdoor unit is to be installed on a facade or common areas.

Is the distance surcharge always applied?
Only outside the usual service area. For most addresses in Valle del Almanzora and Levante Almeriense, the price is the standard €180.

What happens if the unit breaks down after installation?
Unit breakdowns are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Issues related to the installation itself are covered by our 2-year labor warranty.

Do you issue an installation certificate?
Yes. The RITE certificate is always provided upon completion of the work. It is the document that validates the manufacturer's warranty and certifies that the installation complies with current regulations.
