Installation and compatibility

The CB6516 is designed to be built into kitchen units 60 cm wide, the most common format in Spanish kitchens. Installation requires a standard electrical connection and a built-in recess with the cut-out dimensions given in the manual. We recommend installation by a professional to ensure safety and to avoid invalidating the warranty.

Using it day to day

With a 65-litre capacity, the CB6516 lets you roast a whole chicken, prepare a family-sized lasagne or bake several trays of biscuits at once thanks to convection. The enamelled interior makes cleaning easy after each use, and the built-in light lets you keep an eye on the cooking without opening the door and losing heat. The top grill is especially useful for gratinating vegetables and cheeses or finishing meat with a perfect golden crust.

Frequently asked questions

How many litres does the Infiniton CB6516 have?
It has a usable capacity of 65 litres, enough to cook large joints or to use several levels at once with the convection function.

Does it have a hot air or convection function?
Yes, it includes convection (hot air fan), which distributes the heat evenly throughout the interior, ideal for baking and roasting on several levels.
