How do you play?

In Catan: Cities & Knights , each player must balance developing their cities with protecting them. As the barbarians advance, players must use their resources to train knights and activate their abilities. If the knights aren't enough to stop the barbarians, the most vulnerable city will be sacked.

Additionally, three new resource types are introduced: Coins, Paper, and Cloth , which are used to purchase progress cards in different areas. These cards offer strategic advantages that can change the course of the game, adding an extra layer of planning and strategy.
