Can the doll get wet or be bathed?

No. No Antonio Juan doll should be bathed or submerged: its vinyl body is hollow and only takes clean water from the bottle, which goes in through the mouth and comes out below. If submerged, water gets in through the joints and stays inside. In addition, the head contains the sleeping-eyes mechanism, which rusts and fogs up if water gets in. Clean it with a cloth lightly dampened with water and mild soap and let it air dry, without a radiator or hairdryer.
