Gonher Police Revolver 12-Shot (6067/0)

The classic police revolver, made from real metal

Some toys don't need screens or batteries to work. The Gonher Revólver Policial 6067/0 is one of them: solid metal, a cylinder that turns, a trigger that responds and that unmistakable sound when it sets off a cap. We have been selling it for years and it remains one of the role-play toys that parents find most convincing and children find most exciting, for the same reason as ever: it looks real, it weighs what it should weigh and you can tell it is made to last.

Gonher is a Spanish company that has been making metal toys since 1948. You can see it in every detail of the revolver: in the finish, in the sturdiness of the parts and in that classic police revolver design you recognise instantly. No flimsy plastic that cracks after the third use. The body is metal with parts in tough plastic, the result of decades spent refining which materials best withstand real children's play.

How it works

The revolver uses 12-shot caps (sold separately). When the child pulls the trigger, the cylinder advances and the cap produces that distinctive sound that turns any imaginary chase into something far more exciting. Without caps it also works perfectly well as a costume accessory: the sound of the cylinder turning and the movement of the trigger are entertainment enough for most children.

The size and weight are designed for children's hands from age 5: big enough to stand out, light enough not to tire them. The grip is easy to hold and the edges are rounded for safe use.

Who it is ideal for

It works very well as an addition to police, detective or sheriff costumes for carnival, themed birthday parties or simply for playing at home. It is also a solid choice if you want to give something different to a child who likes classic toys: no batteries, no apps, nothing to programme. Just a well-made revolver for inventing adventures.
