Are discontinued products new?

Yes. 100% new in sealed original box. "Discontinued" means the manufacturer no longer produces them, not that they are used or refurbished.

Do they have a warranty?

Yes. Legal warranty according to European consumer regulations (RDL 1/2007). In most cases, also a manufacturer's warranty; for some very old discontinued items, it may be outside the period, we indicate this on the product page.

I'm looking for a specific product that I don't see on the website. Can you check the warehouse?

Yes. Write to us on WhatsApp 625 325 295 or by email at info@hiperocio.es with the exact reference, EAN, or a photo of the product. We have more references in physical stock than what appears published online at any given time.

Do discontinued items have a special price?

It depends on the product. Some we keep at their usual price because demand remains strong (collecting, spare parts). Others we sell in the outlet at a reduced price for rotation. Each product page indicates the applicable price.

Why do you have discontinued items that Amazon no longer has?

Because we maintain our own real physical stock and do not depend on marketplace fulfillment that constantly rotates inventory. When a brand discontinues a product, the large retailers immediately delist it; as a company with our own warehouse, we continue to have it until stock runs out.

What happens when the stock of a discontinued item runs out?

As it is discontinued, it cannot be restocked (the manufacturer no longer produces it). When we run out, it disappears permanently. That's why these products have limited stock and it is recommended not to delay the purchase if you are interested.

24-72 business hours to all of peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands for in-stock products. Also, pickup at our physical store in Albox by appointment.
