To find out if it's yours: measure the wheel
The number 26 x 1.95/2.125 indicates that it is for wheels with a 26-inch diameter (also marked as 50/54-559 in the ETRTO system) with a wide profile tire. If your bike has a 1.75 or smaller tire, you need a different size. The valid size is always printed on the side of the tire. Compatible with the vast majority of mid-range 26" MTBs.
