What are T-Racers?

Updated May 2026: T-Racers have been on the market for five years. Since that first series of 8 drivers, MagicBox has launched new waves with mutant, monster, and special vehicle themes, as well as several playsets and tracks. The concept remains the same—modular cars with interchangeable parts—and the recommended age range is still 4-8 years. Prices in 2026: basic Turbo Wheels are around €6-8, and track packs go up to €20-40. If you have little ones at home, you're probably fed up with Superzings, the collectible figures from MagicBox that became popular a couple of years ago and have been growing ever since (we're currently on Series 7, launched in January).

Well, since March 5, T-Racers have also been available, a new twist in the world of collectible toys. This is a new, highly disruptive concept for vehicles with drivers, which proposes a new way of playing with cars. Each vehicle is made up of 3 completely different parts, which can be interchanged to create your favorite car; even the wheels are interchangeable. There are more than 500 possible combinations!

In the first series, there are 8 different drivers to collect, including an ultra-rare one. The Turbo Wheel contains 1 articulated driver and 1 completely random car and opens "unboxing" style, as each car part and the driver come in opaque envelopes.

Personally, I am convinced that children will love the product. My two children, aged 4 and 8, were amazed when the first samples arrived. They spent days swapping parts and racing cars. And, darn YouTube, when they discovered there's an ultra-rare driver, they promised to spend all their savings to buy it.
