Orbegozo FO 1600 Double Crown Gas Hob 3.2 kW Piezoelectric
Orbegozo FO 1600 — Gas stove with double-ring cast iron burner and piezoelectric ignition
The Orbegozo FO 1600 is a portable gas stove with a white finish designed for outdoor use. It features a double-ring cast iron burner with a power of 3.2 kW and integrated piezoelectric ignition to start the flame with a single action. It is compatible with butane (G-30) and propane (G-31) gas, has a category I3+ rating, and measures 290 x 140 x 390 mm, making it easy to transport for camping, terraces, or rural homes.
Why choose the FO 1600?
- Cast iron burner: heat-resistant material for intensive use, does not deform over time.
- 3.2 kW double ring: two concentric flame rings distribute heat evenly over the base of the pot.
- Piezoelectric ignition: ignites with a flick of the knob, no matches or lighters needed.
- Butane and propane compatible: works with standard gas cylinders and the appropriate regulator for the gas you use.
- Category I3+: European certification for use with gases at 28-30 mbar (G-30) and 37 mbar (G-31) pressure.
- Compact size: 290 x 140 x 390 mm, easy to store and take outdoors.
- White finish: careful aesthetics and easy cleaning.

Who is it ideal for?
This is the typical stove that solves more situations than it seems at first glance:
- Camping, motorhome, and camping in designated areas, where a safe outdoor fire is needed.
- Country and rural houses without natural gas installation or ceramic hobs.
- Terraces and barbecues as an auxiliary fire for deep fryers, paella pans, or large pots.
- Fishermen and hunters who cook their catches in the same environment.
- Emergency equipment in homes with frequent power outages.
Usage and safety tips
The FO 1600 is designed for outdoor use, so it is important to follow some basic guidelines:
- Always use a regulator appropriate for the type of gas (G-30 at 28-30 mbar, G-31 at 37 mbar).
- Work on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
- Maintain a safe distance from flammable materials (awnings, dry branches, clothing).
- Visually check the hose and the cylinder connection clamp before each use.
- Close the cylinder valve after each use.
- Do not use indoors or in bedrooms; Category I3+ is for outdoor use.

Frequently asked questions
Can it be used indoors?
No. The FO 1600 is approved in category I3+ for outdoor use. Its use in enclosed indoor spaces carries a risk of carbon monoxide accumulation. It can be used under well-ventilated porches or terraces, never in enclosed rooms.
What gas cylinder do I need?
It works with standard butane (G-30) or propane (G-31) cylinders. In Spain, the most common is the orange 12.5 kg butane cylinder, with its corresponding regulator.
Does it include hose and regulator?
The connection equipment (hose and regulator) is usually sold separately and is chosen according to the type of cylinder and the regulations in force at any given time. Consult us and we will indicate the appropriate material.
How long does a gas cylinder last?
It depends on the use: with a 3.2 kW burner operating at full power, a 12.5 kg butane cylinder provides about 50-55 real hours of maximum flame. With intermittent use and medium flame, the performance is much greater.
Is it stable with a large pot?
Yes, the body of the FO 1600 offers a solid base and the cast iron grate easily supports medium paella pans or casseroles. For very large pots, make sure the center of gravity is over the grate.
How is it cleaned?
Once cool, remove the cast iron grate and clean it with a dry brush or, if there are stuck-on residues, with warm water and neutral soap. The white body is cleaned with a damp cloth. The stove body should never be submerged in water.
How long does the piezoelectric spark last?
It is designed for thousands of ignitions. If at any point it stops sparking, it is usually a problem with the spark plug or cable, both replaceable by official technical service.
