Attraction Area: Multiplayer Galore

Unlimited multiplayer fun awaits you in this area of Belabel Park. Visit the local Multiplayer Plaza, which houses 17 attractions where you can collaborate or compete. Up to 4 people can play together, even via GameShare. You can also head to the Game Rooms Plaza and play with your family and friends both online and through local communication. There you'll find 6 attractions where up to 12 people can have fun, either by joining forces or competing against each other for first place.

The Toad Brigade enters the scene

If you want to test yourself, stop by the esplanade where the Toad brigade has set up its base. Up to 4 players can participate in all sorts of challenges that take place in levels from the main adventure. As you complete them, you'll earn patches and move up the ranks. Will you manage to become an ace of the brigade?

Bowser's Minions are up to their old tricks again

These rascals have stolen the valuable Belabel flowers. Each of these seven rogues has gone their separate way and hidden somewhere in the Flower Kingdom, so look for clues to their whereabouts and get ready for new and surprising battles in your quest to recover the flowers.

Rosalina and Luma also join the fun

Rosalina lands in the Flower Kingdom. You can choose her as a character in your adventure to defeat Bowser's Castle, and also to track Bowser's minions or enjoy the attractions and challenges of Belabel Park. If you fancy company, another person can join the game as a companion Luma who, in addition to being invulnerable, can float across the screen to collect coins or defeat enemies. It is even possible to control it using the mouse mode of the Joy-Con 2 controllers.

Assist Mode: Play at your own pace

Regardless of the character you choose, by activating this new mode you will not take any damage, even if you fall off a cliff or something similar. If you don't have much experience with Mario games or find yourself in trouble, this way you can enjoy at your own pace and without stress.
