We are obsessed with security against Covid 19. For this reason, we strictly adhere to the Sanitoy protocol, implemented in the more than 200 stores of the Toy Planet toy store chain.

• We periodically clean the exhibition with a sweeper with a disinfectant solution.
• We have doormats with disinfectant solution.
• Our staff always wear a mask.
• The packages are prepared with gloves.
• The closed administration spaces have air purifiers approved against Covid.
• We have several windows permanently open.
• We avoid crowds, voluntarily reducing the capacity. This is controlled by a DOR device.
• The cashier and counter areas are protected with methacrylate partitions.
• The merchandise is deposited in quarantine 72 hours after its receipt in the warehouse.
• We have several hydroalcoholic solution dispensers in the entrance area and checkout counters.
• We do not allow entry into the store without a mask.
